Room features

The hotel offers two types of rooms. The first type offers a heated room with a patio, a bathroom with free toiletries and a shower, and access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The second type is a studio featuring a small balcony with outdoor furniture, a dining setting, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV. Both types of rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, and bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented at the property or brought by guests. It's important to note that the communal kitchen does not include utensils for either room type.
